Janitorial Associate

At Walmart, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Associate to join our team. As a Janitorial Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our stores maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.
Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain the store's interior and exterior, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area.
- Ensure all areas of the store are clean and free of clutter, including shelves, floors, and surfaces.
- Restock supplies and materials as needed.
- Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team.
- Competitive hourly rate: $14 - $21 per hour.
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
- Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Part-time schedule, including mid-shift and closing shifts.
