Key Duties:

  • Execute all assigned work orders efficiently.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Diagnose and resolve common electrical, plumbing, and carpentry problems.
  • Repair or replace drywall, apply textures, and paint surfaces.
  • Install wall decorations and hang pictures.
  • Unclog toilets and sinks as needed.
  • Fix household appliances and ensure they function properly.
  • Change air filters in HVAC systems.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment as directed.
  • Assist with landscaping tasks when required.
  • Conduct lighting inspections to replace burnt-out bulbs and repair fixtures.
  • Respond to emergency situations, including security and fire alarms.
  • Be available for on-call duties as necessary.

Your Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry is essential.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
