Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at Pagosa Springs Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing Screening and Diagnostic Mammograms to assist in the diagnosis of disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Screening and Diagnostic Mammograms under the direct supervision of the Diagnostic Imaging Manager and the Radiologist.
  • Assist the Radiologist with diagnostic procedures and maintain a cooperative relationship with interdepartmental personnel.
  • Work effectively with patients and patients' families to ensure a positive experience.
  • Demonstrate ability to read, write, and clearly express oneself in English 100% of the time.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Graduation from an approved ARRT program.
  • Minimum 3 years clinical experience preferred.
