About the Role

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Fixed Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Service Center operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Service Center Team: Support and manage the Service Manager(s) to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Drive Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, gross profit, and labor cost control.
  • Build a High-Performing Team: Foster a culture that promotes employee development, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage External Vendors: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Meet Budget Projections: Meet or exceed monthly budget projections while maintaining a safe and functional working environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of managing a high-volume Service Center in the RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Demonstrated ability to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of RV's and RV systems is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in a dealership software system (ADP, IDS, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) and intermediate or better skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Licensure and Certifications: Valid driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits

A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $95,000 - $125,000+. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, and more.
