We are in search of a highly experienced Senior Clinical Research Project Leader to become a vital part of our innovative team at CPC, a distinguished academic research institution with a rich history of over 30 years in conducting clinical trials across diverse therapeutic fields.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of Research and Community Health Operations to uphold the excellence of project services and enhance project management methodologies.
- Guide and mentor fellow Clinical Operations Managers while supervising clinical operations management tasks.
- Oversee site identification, initiation, and monitoring phases for clinical trials.
- Engage in process enhancement and formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve sponsor deliverables.
- Establish and track project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide expert insights in the creation and evaluation of essential project-related documentation.
- Lead multidisciplinary project team members and manage project-related activities.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical research environment.
- Proven track record of effectively managing clinical trials and mentoring team members.
- Comprehensive understanding of Good Clinical Practice guidelines and FDA regulations.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Capability to lead and manage cross-functional teams proficiently.
