We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a Regional Medical Center in New Mexico. Our outpatient program is a progressive and dynamic environment that offers a unique opportunity for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in our adult outpatient program, including counseling, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, MSWs, RNs, and NPs.
- See an average of 12-18 patients per day, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Participate in the inpatient unit one weekend per month, providing comprehensive care to patients in need.
- Contribute to the development of the program, including the potential addition of pediatric/adolescent patients in the future.
