Pipefitter Specialist

ATI is seeking a skilled Journeyman Pipefitter to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for interpreting prints, drawings, and sketches to plan and execute piping installations, repairs, and replacements.

• Interpret and apply prints, drawings, and sketches to plan piping installations, repairs, and replacements
• Plan and execute tool and material requirements for piping projects
• Lay out work, make sketches of piping as required, and calculate dimensions and radii of bends
• Set up and operate bending, threading, and cut-off equipment, and use various hand tools to shape and fabricate pipe as required
• Test, inspect, dismantle, repair, replace, and install pumps, hydraulic systems, and piping, fittings, and fixtures

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of piping systems, mechanical trades, and safety protocols. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
