Position Summary:

The Cannabis Retail Associate plays a vital role in assisting customers with their cannabis purchases and educating them about various strains, effects, and consumption methods. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and collaborating with management to maintain a clean and organized retail space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome new and returning customers
  • Guide customers in selecting suitable products
  • Provide a comprehensive overview of available cannabis products and current promotions
  • Manage customer records and verify eligibility for purchases

  • Distribute informational materials to customers
