### Job Title: Sun City Ballot Chase Representative

### Job Summary

Turning Point Action is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our innovative Chase The Vote initiative. As a Ballot Chase Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our community outreach efforts.

### Key Responsibilities

* Daily communication with the ballot chase manager to discuss progress and goals
* Building and maintaining relationships with community members to encourage them to send in their ballots
* Developing and implementing a community network system to identify and monitor low propensity voting habits in designated territories
* Collaborating with the ballot chase manager to achieve attainable and incentivized goals

### Minimum Qualifications

* Field staff, grassroots campaign, or relevant experience
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Familiarity and proficiency with Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
* Knowledge and demonstrated competence of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
* Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
* Unmatched passion for conservative politics
* Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic, self-directed work environment
