Key Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
As the operations manager, you will oversee all aspects of your shift, which includes managing costs, controlling inventory, handling cash transactions, and ensuring excellent customer relations. You are expected to set a high standard for your team and adhere to all company policies and procedures consistently.

In addition, your responsibilities will include:

Team management, Administrative tasks, Financial oversight, Cash management, Food safety and quality, Scheduling, Upholding brand standards, Customer satisfaction, Attendance and punctuality, Transportation logistics, Store maintenance, Marketing initiatives, and Profit optimization.
