The Research Scientist will perform various tasks, including conducting and analyzing tests on sensitive samples, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and HACCP requirements, and exemplifying ADM core values in daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform all applicable analytical and sensory tests on in-process and finished products in a precise and timely manner.
  2. Determine and recognize inconsistencies in the data and report to necessary personnel in a timely manner including escalation.
  3. Receive, handle, and store samples appropriately according to SOP.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required, Associates in an applied science preferred.
  • Preferred analytical laboratory experience.
