Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of success in maintenance management.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to regulations, with a strong focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Experience managing maintenance teams and supporting continuous improvements, with a proven ability to drive results and achieve goals.
  • TPM and greenfield plant experience preferred, with a strong understanding of maintenance best practices and industry standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.
  • Proficiency in CMMS programs and Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments, with a strong focus on maintaining a calm and composed demeanor under stress.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to work in varying temperatures and industrial environments, with a strong focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
