Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Private Duty LPN to provide comprehensive care to patients in the Soddy Daisy area.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced LPN to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our patients. As a Pediatric Private Duty LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice, as defined by state laws governing nursing practice. Your duties will include documenting patient visits thoroughly and completely per regulatory and payer requirements, actively participating in the agency's care coordination process, and ensuring confidentiality of patient health information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care as prescribed by physicians to acutely ill and/or chronically ill patients in their homes
  • Record clinical and progress notes, and coordinate other patient care activities/services to provide the highest quality of patient care
  • Ensure compliance with State LPN/LVN Practice Act, applicable licensure/certification requirements, and agency policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in state of practice
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
  • Previous home care experience preferred
