Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives tailored to each student and participate in relevant meetings.
- Accurately document and analyze student performance data.
- Design and modify lesson plans to enhance the existing curriculum.
- Employ specific teaching methodologies as required.
- Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on student assignments.
- Supervise students consistently to ensure a safe learning environment.
- Implement behavior management plans and utilize approved strategies for behavioral support.

- Maintain communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Directly oversee and mentor classroom assistants and aides.
- Conduct performance evaluations for classroom support staff.

- Ensure a tidy and organized classroom environment.
- Adhere to professional dress standards and workplace conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Fulfill any additional reasonable duties as assigned.
- Ability to perform non-violent crisis intervention techniques, including verbal and physical redirection of students during crisis situations.
- Quick reflexes and mobility to ensure student safety.
- Capability to assist in the evacuation of students during emergencies.
- Maintain certifications in crisis management programs.
