Virtual Infrastructure Solutions Engineer

Salary Range: $120-180K
In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) installations. Your expertise will encompass the design, specification, integration, implementation, and enhancement of large-scale data center VDI and virtualized infrastructure operating within complex distributed networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-user computing solutions through CDI Administration, focusing on the design and integration of enterprise-wide Multi-Level System architecture.
- Work on complex distributed networks with multiple classification enclaves, ensuring seamless integration with DoD C2 systems.
Basic Qualifications:
For Junior Level: A minimum of 3 years of engineering experience, along with RHCSA or MCTS/MCSA certification.
For Mid-Level Roles: At least 7 years of engineering experience, plus RHCSA or MCTS/MCSA certification.
For Senior Level Roles: A minimum of 12 years of engineering experience, along with RHCSA or MCTS/MCSA certification. A TS/SSBI clearance is required to start, with candidates holding TS/SBI also considered, provided they can upgrade to SCI.
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, and vRealize operations.
- Knowledge of datacenter automation for deploying virtual and physical server assets.
- Familiarity with Powershell, Perl, and C++.
- Expertise in securing virtual machines and disaster recovery planning.
- Understanding of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
Minimum Certifications Required: VCP
