Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at St. Luke's Health System in Ontario, Oregon. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a wide range of respiratory conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS)
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and other diagnostic procedures to assess patient respiratory function
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Valid license to practice respiratory therapy in the state of Oregon
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials by the National Board for Respiratory Care
  • Current CPR Healthcare Provider certification
  • 1 year of critical care experience
