**Salary and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary range of $66,000 - $99,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentives. Our compensation package is designed to reward your hard work and dedication to delivering exceptional results.

**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced **Field Service Representative** to join our Secure Power team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers across the United States.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing on-site technical support and maintenance services to our customers
- Conducting repairs, preventive maintenance, and field modifications on electrical equipment
- Collaborating with customers, electricians, sales partners, technical support, and district service teams to resolve issues
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in field service repair and customer service with UPS, electrical, electro-mechanical, or electronics-related equipment
- An Associate degree, vocational education, or similar experience in electronics, electrical theory, or a related field
- Thorough understanding of principles of AC and DC power, various AC and DC supply circuit components
- Safe driving and vehicle operations skills
- Ability to write service reports, correspondence, procedures, and effectively present information
