Residence Counselor

At Cumberland County Guidance Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residence Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our residential program, you will play a vital role in providing counseling, guidance, and advocacy to clients with behavioral health issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed records of client progress and activities
- Assist in the development and implementation of social, recreational, and educational programs
- Effectively communicate observations to the treatment team
- Accompany and transport clients to community resources as needed
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent, plus four years of related work or life experience
- Knowledge of community resources and local agencies
- Valid driver's license with MVR that meets agency standards
