What is the Opportunity?
National Property provides tailored property protection solutions for high-value, complex risks across a wide array of industries. As an Account Executive Officer (AEO), National Property, you will partner with agents and brokers to provide coverage for new and renewal business based on customers' needs. This role is seen as a technical resource, requiring decisiveness, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills to drive results.

Your responsibilities will include managing the profitability, growth, and retention of an assigned book of business, underwriting and negotiating complex customer accounts, and cultivating relationships with internal and external partners. Additionally, you may facilitate the placement of foreign admitted policies, serve as a resource to field Account Executives on global underwriting capabilities, and assist in business development activities for such services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Six to eight years of relevant underwriting experience, with experience in National Property
Deep knowledge of property-related products, regulatory environment, and local insurance market
Strong critical thinking skills, ability to analyze information and make timely decisions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to build relationships internally and externally
