We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Residential Plumbing Professional to join our team at Carpenter Dev & Construction Srvcs. As a key member of our service division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional plumbing services to our residential customers.

Key Responsibilities:- Perform a wide range of residential plumbing services, including installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and provide efficient solutions to meet customer needs.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, faucets, and water heaters.
- Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems and identify potential problems or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with customers, actively listening to their concerns and providing expert advice and recommendations.
- Licensed Plumber in the state of Illinois or Journeyman Plumber certification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in residential plumbing services, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Solid understanding of plumbing systems, fixtures, and materials.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
