Compensation and Benefits
Delta Companies offers a competitive compensation package for our Clinical Pharmacist position, including a base salary of $150,000 and 28 days of paid time off plus 13 paid holidays. We also provide a 403B plan with a 6% match depending on longevity and student loan repayment through IHS and NHSC.

Responsibilities and Facility Details
As a Clinical Pharmacist with Delta Companies, you will work in a low-volume setting with no weekends or on-call shifts. Our facility is led by a Chief Pharmacist and offers a 1-hour lunch break. You will have the opportunity to work in a mission-minded environment with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you must obtain a New Mexico license within 1 year and complete credentialing within 4-6 weeks. You will also need to be located within 2 hours of Albuquerque, NM, and be willing to work in an Indian Health Reservation grant-funded site.
