We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Northwestern Medicine. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders in children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified deficits
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients and families
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on communication and swallowing strategies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Illinois
  • Current BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
