Key Responsibilities
This role involves:
• Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our apartments and amenities
• Responding to resident requests and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Working closely with senior management to address complex maintenance issues and implement improvements

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a similar residential setting
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, as well as HVAC systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and colleagues alike
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
