Estimated Salary: $83,000 per year, including competitive rates and a night shift sign-on bonus of $7,500.
This position requires a licensed RN currently registered to practice in the State of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science Degree, preferred. Experience with acute care, dual disorder, and eating disorder populations is also highly valued.
As an RN at Silver Hill Hospital, you will be responsible for assessing patients throughout hospitalization, identifying patient problems, participating in the plan of care, implementing and evaluating interventions to meet patient needs, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.
Job Description: This is a full-time position with night shifts available, requiring a commitment to work every other weekend. Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. A strong understanding of psychiatric nursing principles and practices is essential, as is experience working with diverse patient populations.
You will be expected to maintain accurate and detailed records, communicate effectively with colleagues, and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
