Banking Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Specialist to join our team at The Commercial & Savings Bank. As a Banking Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

• Customer Service: Provide professional and caring service to customers, adhering to our customer service standards and promoting a positive image of the bank.
• Transaction Execution: Complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently, balancing cash drawers and maintaining a productive workspace.
• Product Knowledge: Understand and explain the features and benefits of banking products and services, recommending solutions that meet customer needs.
• Team Collaboration: Assist Banking Center Manager with opening and closing the center, performing end-of-day duties, and supporting colleagues as needed.

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
