The Stepping Stones Group is a leading provider of behavioral services in schools across the United States. We are currently seeking a skilled Behavior Intervention Specialist to join our team in New Holland, PA.

As a Behavior Intervention Specialist, you will work closely with our experienced clinical leaders to provide high-quality behavioral services to children with special needs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized behavior intervention plans, collaborating with educators and families to ensure seamless service delivery, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and access to ongoing professional development opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current license as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Pennsylvania;
  • Experience working with children with special needs;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in data collection and record-keeping software.
