Job Summary:

A Registered Nurse (RN) at Henry County Hospital renders personal and professional care to patients. The RN uses a systematic approach to assess patient needs, plan care, provide quality/direct care, coordinate care, and evaluate care in an efficient and safe environment. This position is responsible for adhering to all standards of nursing practice, promoting teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments, and prioritizing patient advocacy, patient safety, and improving health status. The RN will follow orders for care and treatment of the patient and adhere to the policies and procedures of Henry County Hospital.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Ohio RN licensure
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Prior nursing experience preferred
Additional certifications may be required
