Housekeeper

The Housekeeper is tasked with the daily cleaning of the community's public facilities, shared spaces, and grounds. This role also involves preparing vacant units for new residents in alignment with the property's operational goals under the guidance of the Community Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Cleaning
    • Conduct general cleaning and trash removal in grounds and residential areas, including make-ready units and communal spaces.
    • Prepare vacant units for new occupants.
    • Maintain cleanliness of community offices, amenities, and other areas on a daily basis.
    • Respond promptly to resident and management requests regarding common areas, buildings, and units.
    • Understand and adhere to Asset key policy.
    • Report any observed violations of community rules to the Community Manager.
    • Utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies efficiently.
    • Perform additional tasks as requested by the Community Manager.
  • Customer & Resident Relations
    • Deliver excellent customer service and monitor service request response times.
    • Project a positive image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition.
    • Ensure consistency in interactions with residents on all matters.
    • Enforce community policies as delegated by the immediate supervisor.
