As a Licensed Practical Nurse with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality post-acute care to patients in a variety of settings. Your duties will include:
- Monitoring patient vital signs and tracking their physical and mental wellbeing.
- Administering medications and documenting patient health concerns and medical histories.
- Reviewing patient medical records and charts to ensure accurate and effective care.
- Contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for patients, including maintaining appropriate levels of medical supplies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Completion of an approved LPN educational program.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role.
- The ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
