The Wolak Group is a dynamic Dunkin' Franchise with 90+ locations and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. We're seeking a skilled Shift Leader to join our team and help us achieve our goal of providing America's favorite coffee and more to our customers.

As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in supporting operational excellence by leading the team to deliver exceptional guest service. You'll train and coach new and existing employees, ensuring they complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food and drinks. Your focus on creating a superior guest experience will drive our success and make you a valuable asset to our team.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including pay ranging from $16.25-$19/hour plus tips, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
