We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lash Artist to join our team at Deka Lash. As a Lash Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality lash extension services to our clients.

• Apply lash extensions using Deka Lash techniques and products
• Provide consultations to clients to determine their lash needs and preferences
• Upsell and promote Deka Lash products and services
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and industry standards
• Perform additional duties as required to support the success of the studio

• Current cosmetology or esthetician license in NJ
• Ability to learn and master Deka Lash techniques and products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
• Availability to work weekends and evenings
