Job Title: Automotive Technician B

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Automotive Technician B to perform routine scheduled maintenance services on automobiles and trucks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine scheduled maintenance services on automobiles and trucks, including oil changes, tire replacement and repairs, and general vehicle maintenance.
  • Complete fluid exchanges, alignments, brake services, and advanced repair and maintenance services as outlined on repair orders.
  • Drive vehicles into service bays, prepare them for and complete digital vehicle inspections.
  • Test drive vehicles and prepare them for delivery to customers after necessary repairs and maintenance are complete.
  • Keep the shop clean and organized to ensure a positive member/customer experience.
  • Work with, mentor, and train less experienced technicians.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 3+ years of experience repairing vehicles at a dealership or automotive center.
  • ASE certifications (or equivalent): A4-Suspension & Steering, A5-Brakes, plus 2 other ASE certifications.
  • State inspection certificate (where applicable).
  • AC 609 Certification.
