We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our team at Just Staffing. As a Precast Concrete Panel Production Specialist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality precast concrete panels that meet engineering specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Implement daily production plans as communicated by the Production Supervisor or Plant Manager.
- Complete tasks related to panel production, including installing rebar and strand, pouring and finishing concrete, and stripping out panels after completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Identify and report safety hazards, poor behavior, and unsafe actions immediately.
- Participate in safety programs and training, and understand and abide by company policies relative to safety training.
- Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to identify and address quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Support the development and execution of Standard Operating Procedures to ensure efficient use of labor and materials.
- Assist in the transformation of the shop floor culture to one of Continuous Improvement and Accountability.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in the Precast Industry and/or construction desired but not required.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, lift up to 75 lbs, and work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
