Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Marmon Holdings, Inc. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reporting via Smart Sheet, ensuring timely and consistent communication with internal teams and clients.
  • Support the Sales and Operations teams as an escalation point for client-related issues and concerns.
  • Prioritize and follow up on customer service inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring prompt resolution and documentation of all interactions.
  • Accurately update and modify client information within our database, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Document all client interactions, conversations, and follow-ups in real-time, maintaining a clear and transparent record of all client communications.
  • Research, solve, and document customer problems in a timely and effective manner, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Daily interface and order completion within EDI and Pulse, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and data analysis.
  • Assist Client Account Managers and Sales Managers in the development and implementation of special projects that drive value and internal savings, while fostering positive client relationships.
  • Manage key accounts, including nationally recognized retailers and brands, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in a continuous role, such as medical office, banking, or finance institution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office range of products, including Excel (including pivot tables and V-lookups).
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and relationship management skills, with the ability to convey a positive attitude and maintain a high degree of competence, diplomacy, and tact.
  • Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt and learn new programs.
