We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN PACU Circulator to provide exceptional patient care in our 25-bed Critical Access Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care for patients from start to finish, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medications, and treatments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current, temporary, or compact license to practice nursing in New Mexico.
- ACLS certification required; PALS and NRP certifications preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate core competencies, including assessment, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, and more.
