Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Verdugo Restaurant Corporation. As a Mixology Specialist, you will be responsible for creating exceptional cocktails that showcase your expertise in mixology. You will work closely with our bar team to ensure seamless operations during busy hours and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and bar etiquette.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Create and serve exceptional cocktails that showcase your expertise in mixology.
  • Develop and experiment with new cocktail recipes and innovative techniques.
  • Master classic cocktails and ensure their consistent execution.
  • Provide guests with an unforgettable experience, offering personalized recommendations, and engaging in lively conversation.


**Requirements:**
  • Proven experience as a skilled Mixologist or Bartender, preferably in a renowned cocktail bar or upscale establishment.
  • Deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other ingredients used in mixology.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft unique and balanced cocktails that leave a lasting impression.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage and interact with guests.


Salary: $22 - $25 per hour, plus tips.
