Job Overview

Cook Solutions Group is a leading provider of ATM banking services, seeking a skilled ATM Service Technician to join our team. This role requires excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Perform basic installation and minor maintenance on ATMs.
  • Prioritize and plan service calls to ensure timely completion.
  • Contact customers with estimated times of arrival and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Accurately report service data and interact with customers and co-workers in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of related experience and/or training.
  • NCR Certification is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Salary: $25+ per hour (DOE) + certifications.
