Job Title: Seasonal Construction Observer II - Field

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Observer II to join our team at ReadiTech IT Solutions. As a key member of our Outside Plant Construction team, you will provide field engineering and technical support services for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construction Observation: Conduct thorough observations of Telecommunications Outside Plant Construction Projects to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
• Field Engineering and Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to contractors and project managers to ensure successful project execution.
• Project Management: Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution, including preparation and maintenance of field records.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and direct others to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Technical Skills: Utilize Microsoft Office software and other technical tools to prepare and revise technical drawings and reports.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Telecommunications Outside Plant Construction projects.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work independently.
• Physical Demands: Ability to walk on uneven terrain, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
