**Position Summary:**

We are seeking skilled and knowledgeable Machine Shop Welders/Fabricators to enhance our workforce at Perpetual Labor Sourcing LLC. The successful candidate will be tasked with fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components and products according to precise specifications. This position demands a high degree of accuracy and meticulousness to uphold superior quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ascertain welding requirements.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding machinery and tools.
- Execute MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on various metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Fabricate metal parts and assemblies utilizing cutting, bending, and shaping methods.
- Inspect welded joints and components for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address and resolve welding and fabrication challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools.
- Document work performed and keep accurate production records.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as a welder/fabricator in a machine shop or manufacturing setting.
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
- Strong comprehension of welding symbols, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Ability to effectively use hand tools, power tools, and welding machinery.
- Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills related to welding and fabrication.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience with industrial chains and heavy machinery components.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery and metalworking equipment.
- Welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME) is advantageous.
