About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operations Manager to join our team at Micron Technology. As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • EHSS Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with all safety work standards and local area requirements
    • Follow and hold team accountable to all standards of operation relative to safety
  • Leadership
    • Drive area line of sight goals, area metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Engage in conflict management and resolution
    • Succession planning, develop, mentor, and coach team members
    • Maintain training, shift readiness, and proficiency compliance
  • Operational Performance
    • Supervise WIP scheduler to ensure ship pace requirements
    • Tactically handle down tools and downtime budget
    • Drive and sustain TPM integrity through 6S, m-tags, and CIP execution
    • Sustain PM performance by working towards G2G, qual time, and other performance to plan metric goals
    • Monitor and react to quality metrics
    • Participate in systematic problem-solving sessions and CIP projects
  • Schedule Flexibility

Be flexible to work any shift to support department or business needs

Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of equipment work experience in the semiconductors field
  • Knowledge of Dry Etch tools and processes
  • Successful candidate should currently be a Senior Technician (T3 or above) or an Engineer
  • 2+ years of prior leadership experience in fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing
