Key Responsibilities:

1. Pest Management: Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest activity sources. Develop and implement effective treatment plans using appropriate products and services to eliminate pest issues. Maintain and operate service vehicles and equipment.

2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through friendly and professional service. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to their pest problems. Proactively inform customers about additional services that may benefit them.

3. Ongoing Development: Gain expertise in the full range of Environmental Coalition Incorporated products and services through comprehensive training. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations. Participate in training sessions on new pest control methods and products, and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.

Position Requirements:

- Successfully pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.

- Hold a valid driver's license and undergo a driving record evaluation.

- Availability to work Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday shifts.

Education & Experience:

- High school diploma or GED is required.

- Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

- Strong attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Willingness to learn and gain knowledge in pest control.

- Ability to work independently after training.
