Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at At Home Therapies. As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of an OTR to provide comprehensive treatment to patients and assist with documentation and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Provide treatment to patients under the supervision of an OTR and according to state guidelines.
  • Assist OT in identifying patients and referring them to rehab accordingly.
  • Document patient progress and obtain co-signature of OTR.
  • Ensure MD orders are obtained for treatments, re-certifications, and discharges.
  • Assist with other documentation requirements as indicated and according to state guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited college with a BA or associate degree in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
  • Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated COTA (if state mandated).
  • COTA holds a current license and/or registration as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in-state as applicable.

Pay Range

USD $40.00 - USD $45.00 /Hr.
