Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their independence.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to help patients improve their physical, social, and mental functions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise assigned assistants and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent required.
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field preferred.
  • Two years of occupational therapy experience preferred.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice required.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
