  • Perform trailer operations including dropping, hooking, and connecting trailers, with the ability to manage equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Safely connect hoses and fittings for loading and unloading processes.
  • Monitor customer tank levels to prevent overfilling during unloading.
  • Employ vapor recovery systems at all loading and unloading sites.
  • Handle hoses weighing up to 50 lbs, ensuring proper techniques are used.
  • Conduct ladder checks on trailers to verify load security and tank levels.
  • Maintain safe entry and exit from the semi-truck using a three-point contact method.
  • Follow dispatch instructions to load the correct petroleum products and quantities.
  • Engage in effective communication with dispatchers and customers in English.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving stooping, bending, and twisting.
  • Capability to climb and endure prolonged periods of sitting.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements.
  • Current medical certification from a DOT-approved physician.
  • Completion of DOT 49 CFR training.
  • A minimum of two years of verified experience driving semi-trucks.
