Bartender - Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Villa Restaurant Group. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide variety of beverages, providing exceptional guest service, and ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurant.

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks, according to recipes and established standards.
• Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests, taking orders, and making menu recommendations. Engage with guests, build rapport, and create a positive dining experience.
• Bar Setup and Maintenance: Set up the bar area, ensuring it is well-stocked with all necessary supplies, including liquor, glassware, garnishes, and utensils. Monitor and manage inventory levels.
• Mixology: Create unique and innovative cocktails, staying updated on industry trends. Ensure the correct use of ingredients, techniques, and equipment to consistently deliver high-quality beverages.
• Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card payments, and operate the cash register accurately. Adhere to cash-handling policies and procedures.
• Safety and Sanitation: Follow health and safety guidelines, including responsible alcohol service and food safety practices. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the bar area.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other restaurant team members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Knowledge Sharing: Stay informed about the restaurant's menu, promotions, and special events. Share this information with customers to enhance their dining experience.

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, mixology, and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

• Familiarity with local liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practices.
