We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Texas Roadhouse. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in our dining areas.
Responsibilities- Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine to ensure optimal performance and hygiene
- Supervise and ensure proper rinse and wash temperatures are maintained
- Change water, store, and use dish chemicals in accordance with established protocols
- Set up and organize dish racks to maximize efficiency and minimize waste
- Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to safety and sanitation practices at all times
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
