About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Technician (m/f/d) to join our team as an Occupational Safety Specialist. As a key member of our safety team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough safety inspections and assessments of workplaces, work equipment, and substances to identify potential hazards and risks.
  • Develop and implement effective risk assessments and operating instructions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate work accidents and derive measures to prevent future incidents, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
  • Prepare and deliver safety training and education programs to employees, promoting a culture of safety and awareness.

About You
  • You have successfully completed technical vocational training with corresponding further qualification as a Master or Technician (m/f/d).
  • You have ideally several years of professional experience in a comparable position, demonstrating your expertise and skills.
  • You possess basic knowledge of English, enabling effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • You are a team-oriented, independent, and careful worker, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
