Responsibilities
  • Conduct physical therapy sessions under the guidance of a physical therapist
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Document patient information accurately and timely
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and discharge recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients
Requirements
  • Associates degree in a related field (if applicable)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Licensed in applicable state as a Physical Therapist Assistant or Temporary State permit
