About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic and Web Designer to join our team at Jamestown Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective visual communications that align with our brand and style guide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize, design, and produce visual and web creative assets for various marketing channels, including print, web, direct mail, and social media.
  • Develop and present creative concepts that meet the needs of our target audience and align with our brand strategy.
  • Oversee production, including bids and on-site quality checks, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, art services, and printers to complete projects.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding project timelines, status, and budget.
  • Collaborate with internal team members, photographers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain the accuracy and consistency of our brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the accessibility and user experience of our website and digital assets.
  • Provide final approval of artwork developed by other team members using available templates.
  • Develop graphic titles and themed elements for events and campaigns.
  • Prepare social media layouts, photo frames, and other visual elements to support our online presence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a design field or related field.
  • Three+ years of professional experience in graphic and web design, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and photography.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work creatively within a style guide and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in HTML and search engine optimization (SEO) principles.
  • Knowledge of printing processes and photography techniques.
  • Experience with online form development and remarketing.
