Co-op Engineer Role

We are committed to building a better environment through innovative water infrastructure construction. As a Co-op Engineer, you will work with our project teams on active construction jobsites, contributing to the development of meaningful and impactful environmental infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute day-to-day project operations, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a mix of indoor and outdoor tasks.
  • Purchase, procure, and manage vendor materials and subcontractor work packages, taking on significant responsibility and contributing to the success of our projects.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with engineers, managers, trades professionals, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Learn from and be mentored by experienced full-time engineers, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
  • Contribute to the success of our teams through meaningful contributions and input, working collaboratively with a get-it-done attitude and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or Construction Engineering from an accredited university in the United States.
  • Experience working successfully on teams and ability to relocate during the co-op term to locations near our construction jobsites.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong interest in building a better environment through water infrastructure construction.
